Travelaire is the travel desk of Vaniveka Global Private Limited, incorporated in New Delhi in June 2024.
It's built on Kanika's years of hands-on work in domestic and international ticketing and tour packages: the fare rules, transit requirements and hotel cut-off times that decide whether a trip goes smoothly.
We work with companies that need a dependable travel desk for their teams, and with individuals planning a holiday, a honeymoon or a family trip. Either way, the promise is the same: a real person is involved in every booking, from your first message to the flight home.

We book on your behalf. You always know how.
We work with airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa consultants and insurers. When you book through us, we act as your agent: we find the right option, make the booking in your name, and handle changes with the provider.
You pay the provider's rate plus our service fee. For some bookings, the provider pays us a commission instead. Either way, we tell you which applies before you confirm.
Your contract for the flight, stay or policy is with the provider, and their terms apply. Our job is to make sure you understand them.
